Brittney, Owner of Mighty Strong Coaching

Hi there, I’m Brittney, a certified personal trainer, powerlifting instructor, nutrition coach, and strength athlete.

I’ve spent years struggling with movement and nutrition—chasing the next “quick fix” and feeling frustrated by my progress. But everything changed in 2016 when I walked into a powerlifting gym, and, for the first time, I found something that clicked and never looked back.

Now, my mission is to help you build lasting mental and physical strength and health through sustainable habits, consistency, and a focus on behavior change. Ultimately, I want to help you feel capable, empowered, and confident in your own skin.

I’m no stranger to depression, anxiety, and self-doubt, and I know what it’s like to feel lost when it comes to fitness and nutrition. But I also know what it’s like to transform those struggles into strength.

I bring experience and passion into my coaching and I’m here to guide you through the tough stuff—whether it’s conquering a PR, navigating nutrition, or learning to love your body just as it is—because I believe you are Mighty Strong.

When I’m not coaching or lifting, you can find me hanging out with my partner and our rescue pittie, R2, reading, gaming, hiking, or (let’s be real) probably screaming into the void.

$174/month + 3 month minimum commitment

Here’s Your Guide to Getting Started:

Apply (Day 1)

Take 1-2 minutes to apply and get your foot through the door. We will review your app and get back to you within 48 hours.

Meet Your Coach (48 hours)

Once approved, your coach will send an introduction email and go over next steps. This is where you’ll receive an in-depth intake form so we can learn more about you, your history, your goals, obstacles, and more. This will help us better understand how we can help you.

Developing Your Plan (2-3 days)

We will provide an overview of how our programming can help you achieve your goals, what to expect with coaching, and answer any questions.

Joining the Team (Within 1 Week)

During this phase, you’ll decide whether to work with us. Once you give us the green light, we will send over your contract and invoice.

Onboarding (Coaching Week 1)

We will begin developing your program so that you can get started soon. You’ll receive an invite to join our client portal and we will kick off our communications thread in WhatsApp.

Doing the Work (Coach Month 1)

Coaching begins! You’ll execute your program, start submitting your first few Check-Ins, and get the hang of how things work. Congratulations, you’re working your way toward your goals
